Diet alami banyak di cari saat ini. Banyak yang menginginkan postur tubuh ideal, bukan hanya wanita, laki-lakipun tentunya selalu menginginkan tubuh yang ideal dan sehat. Jalan pintas yang biasa ditempuh adalah dengan mengkonsumsi suplemen kesehatan. Namun kenyataannya, mengkonsumsi suplemen atau bahan-bahan kimia lainnya sangat berbahaya bagi tubuh, terutama pada hati untuk mencegah terjadinya toksinasi dalam tubuh.

Jika anda merasa bahwa berat badan anda jauh dari apa yang anda harapkan, maka solusi yang jitu untuk anda dapat lakukan adalah dengan diet alami. Kesannya mungkin akan sulit, bahkan mungkin memang akan sulit untuk memulainya, namun jika anda sadar akan kesehatan anda, diet alami akan lebih mudah. Bagaimana memulainya?

Hal yang pertama anda harus tahu adalah berapa berat badan ideal anda, cara menghitung berat badan ideal cukup mudah yaitu:

Berat Badan Ideal = (Tinggi Badan – 100) – ( 10% tinggi badan -100)

Contohnya : Jika tinggi badan anda adalah setinggi 150 cm, maka berat badan anda adalah (150 – 100) – (10% x (150 – 100) = 50 – 5 = 45 kg.

Dengan mengetahui berat badan ideal, anda dapat mulai menentukan rencana diet alami anda!

Tips diet alami

1. Hindari kebiasaan buruk

Kebiasaan buruk apa? Seperti apa?

Cobalah kembali refleksikan kepada diri anda, bagaimana kebiasaan makan anda selama ini, teratur atau tidak, cemilan yang anda konsumsi, rokok, dll. Tidak lupa dengan fast food, sebaiknya anda mulai berusaha untuk menguranginya. Inilah alasan mengapa memulai diet alami mungkin akan sulit.

2. Makan buah dan sayuran

Buktinya, di Indonesia konsumsi buah dan sayur masih sangat minim! Malahan jumlah konsumsi garam dan gula (yang seharusnya Cuma 5%/hari) justru yang lebih banyak. Paradigma untuk mengubah ini hanya bisa dimulai dari kita sendiri, bukan begitu?

3. Istirahat yang cukup

Memang berpengaruh? Ya! Orang yang memiliki keteraturan dalam istirahatnya, peluang untuk memiliki berat badan ideal lebih besar ketimbang mereka yang tidak teratur dalam istirahatnya. Inilah tips diet alami termudah yang dapat dilakukan

4. Olahraga

Banyak yang menganggap bahwa olahraga itu ribet, mahal, dan menyita banyak waktu. Padahal kita bisa berolahraga dengan fleksibel, seperti meregangkan otot, push-up, senam, dan banyak lagi yang tentunya dapat kita lakukan dirumah sekalipun!
